ALIVE Active Threat Training

Course Description:

When seconds matter, panic isn’t a plan.

A.L.I.V.E. is practical, civilian-focused training that helps people recognize danger early, make faster decisions under stress, and move with purpose.

Designed for workplaces, schools, and organizations, this program strengthens awareness, communication, and coordinated response — without turning staff into “security” or expecting anyone to fight.

What A.L.I.V.E. Stands For

A.L.I.V.E. is a simple decision framework designed to help people make safer choices during rapidly evolving threats.

  • A – Assess: Read the environment, identify threat cues, and locate safer options
  • L – Leave: Create distance and move to safer areas using smart routes and timing
  • I – Impede: Slow the threat’s access using barriers, time, and positioning without confrontation
  • V – Violent (Last Resort): If there is no safe escape, understand last-resort survival actions
  • E – Expose: Communicate clearly to responders and leaders what you saw and where it is

The goal is survival, not heroics — and building a shared response plan people can actually follow.
